Under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, school boards/authorities are responsible for personal information under their control and are accountable for compliance with privacy legislation.
As a Teacher, you are able to view detailed information on students in your school. It is your responsibility to ensure this information remains private.
